Before there was a school...
In 1858, a farm house was built on the location currently occupied by our school. You can still see this home in its new location at 530 Kirby Place.

Our front door has 1923 carved in it, but students did not arrive until February 1924.

C.E. Byrd was built the same year as Creswell, but what other school was already full of students on Line Avenue in 1923?
